Bio
Kelly completed the International Center of Photography's Program in Documentary Photography/Photojournalism in 2005. She freelances for The New York Times, and has also been published in CITY Magazine, Blueeyes Magazine, Le Monde 2, Visão, and La Repubblica delle Donne.
Kelly was included in the 2008 PDN Photo Annual for her work on the Empire Roller Skating Center. In 2007, she received an ICP/Johnson & Johnson Photography Fellowship and was among the winners of the Hey, Hot Shot! Spring Edition at the Jen Bekman Gallery in New York City. In 2006, Kelly was awarded an Honorable Mention in The Magenta Foundation's Emerging Photographers competition.
Prior to photography, Kelly spent six years in the fields of international education and international communications. She graduated from Brown University with a BA in Latin American Studies and American Civilization. Kelly lives in Beacon, NY.
